Tourists provide educational materials to Myagdi schools

myagdi_districtMyagdi / October 27: Japanese tourists visiting Myagdi district have provided educational materials to four different community schools at Takam VDC in the district.

A team of nine Japanese professors from a university distributed different materials worth Rs 500,000 to the schools.

They provided two laptops and two desktop computers to Takam Secondary School, two microscopes to Kisani Secondary School of Dharapani, and sports and other educational materials to Child Development Centre, teacher Om Prakash KC said.

Likewise, Hem Higher Secondary School of Shiwang was provided with a photocopy machine and other materials.

Similarly, they provided a microscope and some other materials to the Bhume Primary School of Machchhim.

The Japanese had reached the district last week. Earlier, the Japanese professors had also provided computers, printers and solar sets to Kisani Secondary School. RSS
