One million prize to informants of missing Malaysian tourist

myagdi_districtMyagdi / October 31: Relatives of a missing Malaysian tourist have announced a prize of Rs 1 million to those who provide information regarding the tourist’s whereabouts.

A Malaysian trekker named Dennis Lee Thian Poh, 47, has gone missing since April while trekking to Khopra Lekh in Shikha VDC of Myagdi district.

A team of Lee’s relatives from Malaysia that arrived in Nepal this week made the announcement by issuing a public notice.

Status of the Malaysian national is still not ascertained despite massive searches from the police, tourism entrepreneurs and his relatives.

Likewise, the Area Police Office, Ghorepani, has also said that there was no information about the missing man’s whereabouts despite continued efforts of the police. RSS
