Sharma to build blood transfusion centre in memory of his late wife

map of dangDang / November 16: Local social worker Bamdev Sharma is commissioning the construction of a blood transfusion centre on the precincts of the Rapti Zonal Hospital, Tulasipur to the memory of his late wife, Kalika Devi Acharya.

So far 60 per cent of the construction works of the seven-room blood transfusion facility have been completed. The estimated cost of the facility is six million rupees. The blood transfusion centre would be handed over to the hospital after the completion of its construction.

Likewise, a Kalika Devi Blood Bank Construction Committee has also been formed under the chairmanship of Bimal Rijal, the president of the Tulasipur Chamber of Commerce and Industry for the construction of a blood bank in Tulasipur.

The construction of the blood transfusion centre at the hospital and the blood bank in the town is expected to fulfill the long-felt need of these facilities. RSS
