Bear rifles through open rear compartment of SUV in Tennessee
Aug 19: A group of tourists staying at a Tennessee cabin captured video of a bear rummaging through their vehicle and stealing some cereal.
The video, posted to YouTube by Titandwedebil, shows the bear rifling through the open rear compartment of an SUV at a rental cabin in Gatlinburg.
“We just got to our rental cabin, started unpacking from the back of the car when a bear stared one of us in the face,” the video’s description reads. “We’re from Ohio and naturally we panicked and ran inside (the biggest predator we have up here are crazy pigeons), leaving our trunk open…This is the aftermath, lol.”
One member of the party insists he wants to go outside to scare the bear away, but his companions talk him out of the potentially disastrous decision.
The uploader said the casualties of the bear encounter included a box of Cap’n Crunch cereal. Upi.com
