7th-national-gameBiratnagar / Dec 26: Western region, Armed Police Force and Central region have entered the semi-final of the Men’s Kabbadi being held under 7th national games in Tankisinawari of Morang district.

Western region reached the semi-final by defeating far-western region while APF defeated eastern region and central region defeated mid-western region.

The Nepal Army has already reached the semi-final after getting walkover from its opponent.

NA and Police in Men’s cricket

Nepal Army and Nepal Police have won their respective match in today’s game in Men’s Cricket at Baijanathpur in Morang.

In the first match, the NA defeated mid-western region by 30 runs. NA had presented a victory target of 158 runs before mid-western region. However, mid-western region was limited to 127 runs.

Similarly, in second match, Nepal police won the match defeating eastern region by 50 runs. Nepal Police scored 144 runs by losing eight wickets in 20 overs while eastern region secured only 94 runs losing all wickets.

Central region and far-western win in Hockey

Central region and far-western region have reached the semi-final of Men’s Hockey taking place at Delhi Public School, Biratnagar.

In the first match, Central region made the journey to semi-final defeating western region by 2-1.

Similarly, far-western region reached the semi-final defeating eastern region by 6-0 in the second match.
