Economic indicators not encouraging yet: PM Prachanda

Kathmandu / Jan 26: Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’ has observed that economic indicators of the country are still depressing.

“I have a great challenge to make economy functional and dynamic,” PM Prachanda said while addressing the 70th general assembly of the Marwadi Sewa Samaj today.

The PM reminded that he in the first meeting of the Cabinet directed for collaboration between the public and private sectors for resolving the problems of the economic sector.

“We are in a very special condition. Economically, the indicators are not so good, they are depressing. I have got an opportunity to lead the government in this special situation, and I have taken it as a challenge.

I hope I will get cooperation from you all to solve this economic problem. It is a matter to appreciate that you are planning for building a 300-bed hospital and provide quality services free of cost. I assure you I will take initiative to provide the land for the construction of the hospital building,” said PM Prachanda.
