Existing alliance should remain intact: Pokharel

Sindhupalchowk / Jan 28: Senior Vice-Chairperson of the CPN UML, Ishwor Pokharel, has said an alliance made for political stability should not be allowed to split. He shared that an understanding reached among political parties should be followed in letter and spirit.

At a programme organised at Dolalghat today, Senior Vice-Chairperson Pokharel opined that the CPN UML is now in the leadership role despite being cornered from all sides.

“The alliance should not be allowed to split”, he stressed, adding the need for moving ahead by taking altogether.

Stating that the present alliance is for political stability, the UML Vice-Chairperson said past experiences should be taken into account to negotiate the future safely. RSS
