Sudan Gurung, Mahabir Pun sworn in as ministers

Kathmandu / June 9: Newly appointed Home Minister Sudan Gurung and Innovation Minister Mahabir Pun have taken the oath of office and secrecy at Sheetal Niwas on Tuesday.
President Ramchandra Paudel administered the oath at a special ceremony held at the President’s Office.
Prime Minister Balen Shah has reappointed Gurung as Home Minister, while independent MP Mahabir Pun has been given charge of the newly created Ministry of Innovation.
Gurung had previously served as Home Minister in the current government, while Pun had earlier served as Education Minister in the interim government led by Sushila Karki.
