SC extends judicial custody of NC leader Khadka

Kathmandu / April 15: The Supreme Court (SC) has ordered that Nepali Congress (NC) leader Deepak Khadka remain in judicial custody.

The order was issued following a hearing on a habeas corpus petition filed by his wife, Binita Thapa.

A joint bench of justices Til Prasad Shrestha and Shanti Singh Thapa directed that Khadka continue to be held in detention.
