Warning against creation of artificial shortage of cooking gas

Parsa / Aug 6: The local authority here has warned of legal action against those involved in the creation of artificial shortage of cooking gas.
Assistant chief district officer in Parsa, Krishna Thapa, informed that the district administration would take action against anyone involved in the artificial shortage of daily essential, LP gas.
The persons in such act would be taken punitive measures in accordance with ‘Black Marketing and Some Other Social Crime and Punishment Act, 2032’ and the ‘Consumers Protection Act, 2075’. The dealers hoarding cooking gas and fueling shortage may face confiscation of the gas, hefty fine and even jail term. RSS
