SC issues fresh summons to suspended CIAA chief Karki

Supreme CourtKathmandu / Nov 8: The Supreme Court (SC) has directed the suspended chief of the Commission for the Investigation of Abuse of Authority (CIAA), Lokman Singh Karki, and three others to be present in person in the court with written response within a week.

The apex court issued the summons order to them in connection to the charge of obstructing court’s earlier summons order.

The single bench of SC Justice Dr Ananda Mohan Bhattarai made this decision.

The SC has directed Prabal Thapa, Pramod Karki and Nakul Gautam along with suspended CIAA chief Karki to be present in the court in this connection. RSS
