Speaking to the Post about the exhibit, artist and coordinator of Classic Gallery, Sarita Dongol, said, “We were invited by Kala Mitra Foundation to showcase our paintings around six months ago, these paintings are the part of the programme. We thought it would be good idea to exhibit our paintings here beforehand, so people here could see them and we could also get some feedback regarding the paintings.” She added, “We will be exhibiting our paintings along with six other Indian artists and later they will also visit Nepal to exhibit their works. This programme is an opportunity to exchange artworks, culture and art-related knowledge between the two countries.”
