Aid to rebuild earthquake-devastated school

SchoolChitwan / November 2: Nepali people residing in France have aided Rs 100,000 for the reconstruction of a school building devastated by earthquake in Chitwan.

They collected and sent Rs 104,000 for the reconstruction of a building of Dungwang Primary School at Syamrang in Lothar – the distant mountainous VDC of the district.

The assistance was collected under the coordination of Kishor Acharya, a representative of the Campaign ‘Hamile Nagare Kasle Garne (We else will do if not we?)’ for France.

Acharya handed over the amount to Chairperson of the Campaign Rajesh Ghimire. Acharya shared that French nationals had also joined the campaign to raise fund for the rebuilding of quake-torn schools. RSS
