Nepal has been importing all the petroleum products from Indian Oil Corporation since more than four decade.

The supply minister is in China without having any bureaucrat to create conducive environment for supplying petroleum products from the northern neighbor. He went there alone as he felt that the bureaucrats are not supporting his idea of bringing fuel from northern neighbor.
