Government ready to resolve Tarai problems through talks: PM Oli

PM OliKathmandu / November 15: Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli has reiterated that government was ready to resolve Tarai problems through talks. He called the agitating political parties for meaningful talks.

In an address to the nation on Sunday evening, PM Oli said constitution is a dynamic document, so it can be amended as per the need. “Government is ready to address genuine demands and people’s aspiration,” he added.

The new constitution has institutionalized the achievements of the people’s movements, and in term of the contents, it is a remarkable and has democratic values and maintained international standard, according to him.

Moreover, the PM said, “The new constitution has ensured the rights of all ethnic, lingual, gender and regions, providing equal rights to all Nepalis”.

It is quite unimaginable that Nepal was facing such inhuman blockade when it brought the new constitution, he astonished, thanking Nepalis for their patience at such tough time.

PM Oli further said Nepal was facing such crisis which can not be imagined even during war time. Anyone with humanity can think how torturous the blockade is, he added. RSS
