Probe committee’s recommendations for ANFA reforms

ANFAKathmandu / January 26: The Investigation and Advisory Committee formed to probe into irregularities and allegations of match fixing in All Nepal Football Association (ANFA) on Tuesday submitted seven-point recommendations to National Sports Council (NSC).

The Committee suggested for a systematic provision for commercial utilization of ANFA’s human and financial resource regularity in adherence to the Public Procurement Act, and as instructed by Commission for Investigation of Abuse of Authority (CIAA).

The NSC has also instructed ANFA not to enforce its recent decision to remove its Vice Chairman and office-bearers and retain them to their respective posts. ANFA’s Executive Committee had recently taken the step to remove the officials. RSS
