Youth invents ‘Auto Guard’ device

Water tank machineBiratnagar / February 16: A youth of Sunsari district has invented a device ‘Auto Guard’. The Auto Guard, to be installed in water tank, would be very useful for domestic purpose.

The inventor, Namesh Khulal of Duhabi-Bhaluwa Municipality-4 in the district, made public the device displaying it in a press conference here today. Khulal has recently completed Bachelor of Engineering degree from Itahari-based Sushma Koirala Memorial Engineering College.

On the occasion, Khulal said that one need not check the water tank for water once the device is installed and activated.

He said, “The device is installed connecting it to water-pump. It automatically activates the water pump once the tank gets empty.”

A sensor is installed which helps to switch on the device installed to the pump soon after the water tank gets empty, added Khulal.

He said, “There are three indicators on the appliance. They are the tank is empty, start pulling water and tank full.” RSS
