Nationwide campaign to promote the national flag

Kanchanpur / February 17: Laxmi Narayan Shilpakar of Bhaktapur, who is on a nationwide campaign to promote Nepal and the Nepali national flag, arrived here today.
The 60-year-old left his home five months ago and has so far visited 39 districts. During his campaign, Shilpakar has also been sharing to the members of the general public the meaning behind the colour, and the symbols in the national flag.
The campaign had kicked off from Taplejung. “I will rest after visiting all the 75 districts and increasing people’s awareness about our national flag”, Shilpakar said. RSS
