Lama elected president of ANNFSU

ANNFSU Chairperson Nabina LamaKathmandu / February 22: Nabina Lama has been elected the president of All Nepal National Free Students Union (ANNFSU) from the Union’s 22nd national convention.

Lama secured 865 votes and her contender Deepak Gautam 649 votes in the final votes tally for the post of the president. The vote counting concluded late last night, according to ANNFSU sources.

Likewise, Rashmi Acharya, Mahesh Bartaula, Shailesh Lama and Sunita Baral have been elected the vice-presidents while Ain Mahar has been elected the general secretary. Also elected are RC Lamichhane, Samip Badal, Sudesh Parajuli and Makar Khadka to the post of secretary.

Jhapendra Khatri has been elected to the post of treasurer, it is stated. RSS
