Viral fever spreading in Udayapur

viral feverUdayapur / Sept 2: Viral fever has been affecting a large number of people in various parts of the district since the past few days.

As a result, the district hospital has been receiving a large number of people coming for treatment of viral fever. The 50-bed hospital is currently full with patients, according to Medical Superintendent at the Hospital Dr Bishal Dev.

Triyuga municipality, Hadiya, Sundarpur, Jogidaha, Saune, Khanbu, Murkuchi VDCs have been affected with people of all ages from students to elderly caught by the disease.

Cough and cold, fever, running nose and headache are the symptom of the disease. Contaminated water and pollution are reasons that lead to the communicable disease, doctors said. RSS
