Grant agreement signed with 447,359 households

Nepal Reconstruction AuthorityKathmandu / Sept 20: Grant agreement has been signed with 447,359 households of 12 most earthquake hit district for reconstruction of house.

A press release issued on Tuesday by the Ministry of Federal Affairs and Local Development stated that the National Reconstruction Authority has already signed agreement with banks and grant amount would be handed over through the banks.

According to Joint-Spokesperson at the Ministry, Sita Pariyar, the earthquake survivors of Gorkha, Sindhupalchwok, Ramechhap, Dhading, Nuwakot, Okhaldhunga, Kabrepalanchowk, Sindhuli, Rasuwa, Makawanpur, Dolakha and Lalitpur would get grant amount.

Similarly, 375,715 households have so far received the first instalment, added Pariyar. RSS
