5 things about Axata Adhikari

Kathmandu / Oct. 28: Aspiring singer Axata is a grade 12 student of Classical Indian Music at Srijana College of Fine Arts, Kathmandu. She is an aspiring singer who came into spotlight after being featured in Kripa Unplugged Junior. Her video singing cover of ‘Timile ta haina’ has over 1.6 million views on YouTube. She has done many musical projects alongside various artists.

She shares five things about her not many may know.

SHE LOVES READING
Apart from singing, her major hobby is reading. She likes to spend her leisure time reading novels. Her favorites include novels of Paulo Coelho, Emmy Poehler, JRR Tklein, John Green and Amish Tripathi. Novels she can’t put down comprehends, Shiva:Trilogy, The Da Vinci Code, Gone Girl and The Alchemist. She also reads online fiction books during free time.

SHE IS A GAMER
Apparently this melodious girl grew up playing video games. She can’t step back from them and one of her hobbies includes gaming. She has always been attracted to video games and also spends time gaming online. She feels passing time easy while playing games and is also a huge source of recreation to her. She plays lots of them among which FIFA, Mario Kart, GTA, Mortal Combat, Wii Sports and Sonic Mania are her preferences.

SHE IS A MOVIEHOLIC
She is a movie lover and says that she can’t even list out her favorites. She has watched tons of movies and likes new contents or stores highlighted by the movies. She doesn’t even listen to more songs during her free time as much as she watches films. Apart from all of this she is great at procrastinating and manages to free much of her time.

SHE WANTS TO BE A PSYCHOLOGIST
She really loves music and also enjoys singing but however doesn’t see singing as a career, though being it her passion. Even when joining higher studies she plans to take Psychology as her major subject and Music as a minor. She loves to listen to people, study human behavior and want to contribute to the society being a psychologist.

SHE IS A VERY RECLUSIVE PERSON
Surprisingly, Axata says that she is a very, very reclusive person. She doesn’t like to go out very often, doesn’t enjoy gatherings or parties and loves her own personal space.
