NRA prepares technical inspection work procedures

Kathmandu / Nov 11: The National Reconstruction Authority (NRA) has prepared the Private Houses Reconstruction Technical Inspection Work Procedures, 2073.

NRA spokesman Ram Prasad Thapaliya said inspection would be carried out after the earthquake-affected people in the 11 quake-hit districts reconstruct their homes with the Rs 50 thousand provided by the government for that purpose.

The work procedure has been prepared for monitoring whether the reconstruction, retrofitting and repair works on the reconstructed private houses have been done in compliance with the set standards and using the engineering design and construction materials recommended for that purpose. RSS
