Karnali Expo in Surkhet from Dec. 8

Kathmandu / Nov 24: Karnali Expo-2016 is going to be organised at Birendranagar in Surkhet district from December 8.

At a news conference organised here on Wednesday, it was informed that entrepreneurs of India, Pakistan and Bangladesh will participate in the expo. Four hundred stalls of Nepal and 30 stalls of other countries will be kept in the expo.

On the occasion, Expo Main Organising Committee Coordinator Prakash Adhikari said that local production, art, culture, attire and different food items will be the main attraction of the expo.

The organizer expects 300,000 visitors and transaction of Rs 100 million.

Federation of Nepalese Chambers of Commerce and Industry and Surkhet Chamber of Commerce and Industry are jointly organising the expo. RSS
