‘Don’t smear colour against anyone’s will’, Home Ministry appeals to all

Holi FestivalKathmandu / March 3: The Home Ministry has urged one and all not to smear colour forcefully, throw lola (water-filled balloon) and harass anyone on the Holi.

A press release issued on Friday by Ministry Spokesperson, Balkrishna Panthi, requested all not to involve in such activities.

Those violating this rule will be taken action, mentioned the statement.

Holi, the festival of colour, is being observed in the hilly districts on March 12 while in Tarai districts on March 13 this year. RSS
