NC cadre dies in police firing in Dolakha

Dolakha / May 14: One person died after security personnel opened fire during a clash between the cadres of Nepali Congress and CPN-UML in Melung Rural Municipality of Dolakha district on Sunday afternoon.
Police reportedly resorted to firing to contain violent situation at Pabati polling centre of Melung Rural Municipality during local level elections today.
The one killed in police firing is Nepali Congress cadre, identified as Nukul Bhujel, according to Assistant Chief District Officer Yagya Raj Bhatta.
He informed that other persons also have been injured in the clash. RSS
