Secondary Education Examination (SEE) results out; SEE supplementary exams from August 3

National Examinations Board (NEB) NepalKathmandu / Jun 16: The Office of the Controller of Examinations (OCE) has published the results of Secondary Education Examination (SEE) on Friday.

According to examination controller Ambika Regmi, out of 462136 students who appeared in the exam, 12,284 students have obtained 3.65-4 GPA.

Likewise, 42427 students scored 3.25-3.6 GPA, 50646 students obtained 2.85-3.20 GPA, 61955 obtained 2.45-2.80 GPA, 91314 obtained 2.05-2.40 GPA, 108464 obtained 1.65-2.00 GPA, 64577 got 1.25-1.60 GPA, 11285 got 0.85-1.20 GPA and 15 got 0.00-0.80 GPA.

Following the eighth amendment to the Education Act-1972 on June 29 last year, which restructured the school education, the School Leaving Certificate (SLC) examination held at the end of grade 10 was renamed as SEE.

Students securing between 90 and 100 marks will get A+. Similarly, A is for those securing between 80 and 89 marks; B+ (between 70 and 79 marks); B (between 60 and 69 marks); C+ (between 50 and 59), and C (between 40 and 49 marks). Similarly, students securing between 30 to 39 will get D+; D for those with 20 to 29 marks while E for those who score below 20.

The first Secondary Education Examination (SEE), that replaced the SLC examination with 83 years of history, began on March 16.

SEE supplementary exams from August 3

Meanwhile, the Office of the Controller of Examinations, Sanothimi, Bhaktapur has scheduled the Secondary Education Examination (SEE) supplementary exam (grade improvement) from coming August 3 to 10.

2 Compulsory Nepali and English (non-Nepali students) August 4

3 Compulsory Math August 5

4 Compulsory Science and Compulsory Sanskrit Grammar and Translation (Ved Vidhyashram) August 6

5 Compulsory Social Studies August 7

6 Compulsory Health, Population and Environment Education and Compulsory Karmakanda, Compulsory Phalit Jyotish ( Ved Vidhyashram) and Comp Sanskrit Language ( Sanskrit) August 8

7 All subjects of optional first paper August 9

8 All subjects of optional second paper August 10 RSS
