Dr Govinda KC begins 13th fast-unto-death from today

Kathmandu / Oct 5: Tribhuvan University Teaching Hospital’s senior orthopaedic surgeon Dr Govinda KC on Thursday has begun his 13th fast-unto-death putting forth four-point demands to the government.
Earlier, on September 27 Dr. KC had begun his 12th fast-unto-death, however, after two days he decided to postpone citing Dashain festival and resumed his hunger strike from today.
Dr. KC has been staging fast-unto-death demanding medical reforms in the country.
