MoGA posts staff to provinces for first assembly meeting

nepal mapKathmandu / Jan 31: The Ministry of General Administration (MoGA) has started dispatching personnel required for overseeing operations of the province assembly and province government to the seven provinces.

According to Spokesperson at the Ministry Sibaram Neupane, the Ministry has so far dispatched 500 employees to provinces as all seven provinces have scheduled their first meeting to happen soon.

Among employees assigned to the provinces, around 100 will carry out technical works and their placement is on interim provision basis.

A total of 1,778 employees are required to operate the province government in all seven provinces and around 1,200 employees are yet to be deputed to their work areas.

The Ministry will delegate 29 employees each to the office of Chief Minister and 25 to each ministry in the seven provinces. RSS
