Ministry seeks organisational chart of local levels within 15 days

government logoKathmandu / July 25: Ministry of Federal Affairs and General Administration has directed all local levels to submit details about existing organisational chart to the centre within 15 days.

The ministry aims to adjust employees at the local level in line with internal organisational structure and employees’ quotas as passed by the Council of Ministries, said the Ministry’s Spokesperson Suresh Adhikari.

The Council of Ministries has approved around 57,000 quotas for local levels under the interim management.

The direction requires local levels to state all details of the number of sitting employees, ways to adjust them under the new federal setup and specify positions and levels of employees to be approved for the local levels.

It has been learnt that local levels need approximately 8,000 new employees at present to keep up with the federal setup. RSS
