Temperature dips across the country

cold-weatherKathmandu / Jan 13: Temperature across the country dipped today, according to the Meteorological Forecasting Division.

According to the Division, Kathmandu valley’s temperature was recorded at 2.9 degrees C, down from 4.4 degrees C on Saturday. Jumla’s temperature dipped the lowest at -2.5.

Meteorologist Samir Shrestha said that despite clear weather, the temperature would fluctuate for a few days and some parts would witness drizzle. He added that there also was possibilities of snowfall in the Himalayan belt.
