NCP Secretariat meet put off

Kathmandu / May 19: The Secretariat meeting of the Nepal Communist Party called for today has been put off till Tuesday. The meeting called to finalize the remaining issue of formation of politburo, responsibilities of central members and party unification, was postponed due to busy schedule of senior leaders.

Although no formal meeting had taken place, Chairmen– KP Sharma Oli and Pushpa Kamal Dahal and other leaders held informal meeting at the official residence of the Prime Minister at Baluwatar. Discussion regarding various issues including selection of politburo members from central committee, responsibilities of central committee members was underway in the party.

The Secretariat meeting held on May 16 had declared coordinator and joint-coordinator of sister organisations and number of central committee members. RSS
