Minister Banskota stresses on prompt service delivery

Kavrepalanchowk / August 17: Minister for Communications and Information Technology Gokul Prasad Banskota has said corruption rate was not rising but it was the activism of anti-corruption body CIAA that has debunked corruption cases.

In his address to a program organized by the Federation of Contractors’ Association of Nepal (FCAN)’s State-3 committee here today, Minister Banskota shared that CIAA was becoming more active so the efforts for corruption were on the rise of late. Minister Banskota also stressed on prompt service delivery to lower corruption. On another note, he suggested the entrepreneurs enhance their capacity to construct the project up to one billion rupees. He also urged the entrepreneurs to support the government’s nation-building campaign. Lawmakers, Ganga Bahadur Tamang, Navina Lama, state assembly lawmakers Chandra Lama and Association chair Yagyadhaj Karki had also delivered their remarks on the occasion.

Earlier, Minister Banskota had addressed a state-level assembly on digital financial services organized by Computer Association of Nepal. RSS
