Preservation of public property becoming daunting challenge: DPM Pokharel

Acting Prime Minister and Defense Minister Ishwar Pokharel on Saturday said that the preservation of the public properties has become a daunting challenge in the present context.

Inaugurating a park constructed by Provincial 3 Government in Kathamandu, Minister Pokharel worried over the growing tendency of common people as well as party members to encroach upon public property. He, however, did not disclose the individuals involved in the encroachment of public properties.

Speaking further, he also urged one and all to strive against the tendency as it is the duty of all citizens to protect and promote the public property.
