Nepal is not playground for foreign criminals: IGP Khanal

Kathmandu / Sept 10: Inspector General of Nepal Police Sarbendra Khanal said that Nepal Police is capable enough to prevent Nepal from being the playground for the foreigners to commit criminal activities.

“No visitor should think that they would be excused in Nepal,” IGP Khanal said while laying the foundation stone of a building on the Nepal Police Club premises on Tuesday adding, “They would rather be brought to book.”

Speaking further Khanal informed that Nepal Police has been making sincere efforts to curb the criminal activities committed by the foreigners.

On a different note, he also reminded that checking new form of crimes including cybercrime has been the top priority of police.
