PM Oli announces cash prize for all Nepali SAG medal winners; Gold medalist to receive Rs 900,000 each

Kathmandu / Dec 11: Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli has announced cash prize for all Nepali
medal winners at recently held 13th South Asian Games.

Prime Minister Oli announced the cash prize to boost the morale of Nepali award-winning players amid a special function organized at his official residence in Baluwatar on Wednesday

Prime Minister Oli also congratulated all players for their outstanding performance in various
games.

On the occasion, Prime Minister Oli announced to provide Rs 900,000 to each gold medalist and Rs 600,000 each to those bagging silver medal.

Similarly, the players who bagged bronze medals will receive Rs 300,000 each.

Prime Minister Oli announced that those bagging more than one gold medals will be rewarded with Rs 1.1 million in cash prize.

Nepal was able to secure a total of record-breaking 51 gold, 60 silver and 95 bronze medals in the 13th edition of mega sports event of South Asia.
