Bairagi appointed Chief Secretary, Khatiwada and Regmi named as ambassadors

Kathmandu / Oct. 1: The meeting of the Council of Ministers held today has appointed Shankar Bairagi as the chief secretary of the government.

Similarly, the Cabinet meeting recommended Yuvaraj Khatiwada for ambassador to the United States. Lokdarshan Regmi has been recommended as the Nepali Ambassador to the United Kingdom, said Parbat Gurung, Minister for Women, Children and Senior Citizens.

Bairagi is currently the foreign secretary and Lakdarshan Regmi is the chief secretary. Similarly, Dr. Khatiwada was the Finance Minister till a month ago in the present government.
