Dr. Paudel appointed as NPC Vice-Chair, Amik Sherchan named as Lumbini Province Chief

Kathmandu / July 27: The meeting of the Council of Ministers held today has decided to appoint Dr. Bishwanath Paudel to the post of vice-chairman of the National Planning Commission (NPC).
The Cabinet meeting also appointed Ram Kumar Phuyal and Dil Bahadur Gurung as the members of the NPC.
Gyanendra Bahdur Karki, government spokesperson and Minister for Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs, informed that the Cabinet meeting also decided to recommend Prithvi Bahadur Gurung as the Province Chief of the Gandaki Province and Amik Sherchan as the Province Chief of the Lumbini Province.
Similarly, the Cabinet decided to recommend Prabhu Sharma as the acting Chief of the Nepali Army.
