Nepal Telecom honored as the largest Taxpayer

Kathmandu / Nov 17: Nepal Telecom has bagged the title of the largest tax payer for the last fiscal year.

Amid a program organized to mark the 10th National Tax Day on Wednesday, the Ministry of Finance honored the state-owned enterprise for its contribution in the government tax revenue. Likewise, the government honored Dabur Nepal as the largest tax payer among the export industries.

Nabil Bank, Surya Nepal and Asian Paints were also in the top list of the taxpayers. In service oriented businesses, Nobel Hospital, Taragaon Regency and Bhatbhateni Superstore were among those honored on the occasion.

Among individuals, Siddhartha Rana stood on the top rank.
