COVID-19 Update: 313 new cases, nine deaths and 273 recoveries

Kathmandu / Nov. 23: As many as 313 people have been found infected with the novel coronavirus in the last 24 hours.

According to the Ministry of Health and Population (MoHP), 8,729 RT PCR tests were conducted in the period wherein 313 were found infected with the virus that causes COVID-19.

38 people tested positive for the virus infection in the antigen tests of 1,445.

273 people have recovered from the infection in the last 24 hours, according to the MoHP. The recovery rate of the virus infection in Nepal stands at 97.7.

Nine people succumbed to COVID-19 in the period taking the national COVID-19 death tally to 11, 509.

Similarly, the MoHP said that there are 7300 active cases of COVID-19 in the country at present.

Meanwhile, 98,511 received vaccines against COVID-19 in the last 24 hours.
