Three KMC city police personnel in ICU due to attacks by squatters

Kathmandu / Nov 29: Three policemen of Kathmandu metropolis, who were injured in an attack by squatters while removing the illegal structures of squatter settlements in Thapathali on Monday, are being treated in the ICU.

According to the Kathmandu Metropolitan City, a total of 18 people, including Metropolitan Police Chief Raju Pandey, were injured when locals pelted them with stones.

The metropolis has also filed a complaint with the police to take legal action against those involved in the attack.

The KMC has said that the name of the persons involved in the attack has been filed to the Metropolitan Police Circle Teku.
