Automation on hearing of cases a beginning of judicial good-governance: CJ

Kathmandu / Aug 28 : Chief Justice of Supreme Court Bishowambhar Prasad Shrestha has said that judicial good-governance has begun with the inception of automation on hearings of cases.

Marking the beginning of the automation on hearing management system at the Supreme Court this afternoon, the Chief Justice said that adoption of technology on determining the justices on hearing of cases would ensure accessibility and judicial good-governance in justice management.

“This system has created environment for confidence for the court’s employees and service recipients. Process for a reform has advanced,” the Chief Justice added.

On the occasion, Chief Justice Shrestha asked the officials to work with high morale.

The Chief Justice also added that the automation system would be applied in other layer of courts if it achieved success at the Supreme Court. RSS
