Prithvi Jayanti: PM Oli attends RPP’s tea reception


Kathmandu / Jan 11: Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli has attended a tea reception organized by the Rastriya Prajatantra Party (RPP) on the occasion of 303rd Prithvi Jayanti.

Today (Poush 27) is the 303rd birth anniversary of the founder of modern Nepal, Prithvi Narayan Shah.

PM Oli attended RPP’s tea reception at Bhrikutimandap, Kathmandu.

Oli, who is also the chairman of CPN UML, was welcomed by RPP Chairman Rajendra Lingden and other leaders.

Similarly, RPP Nepal led by Kamal Thapa also organized a tea reception on this occasion today.

Meanwhile, President Ramchandra Paudel laid the wreath at the statue of Prithvi Narayan Shah in front of the West Main Gate to Singha Durbar on the occasion of the Prithivi Jayanti on Saturday.
