Sadhus bid farewell after Mahashivaratri at Pashupatinath

Kathmandu / Feb. 28: Sadhus who had gathered at Pashupatinath Temple for Mahashivaratri were bid farewell on Friday amid a function held in front of the shrine’s main gate.
The Guthi Sansthan and Pashupati Area Development Trust provided them with travel expenses. The trust also arranged food and accommodation for the sadhus until Friday afternoon.
Sadhus have long been an integral part of the Shivaratri celebrations, often attracting attention from tourists and pilgrims alike.
