Italy defeats Nepal by 10 wickets

Kathmandu / Feb 12: Italy defeated Nepal by 10 wickets in the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2026 played at Wankhede stadium, Mumbai today.

Italy chased the 124 runs target set by Nepal in 12.4 overs with 44 balls remaining. Justin Mosca hit 60 runs and Anthony Mosca hit 62 runs.

For Nepal, Kushal Bhurtel hit 5 runs, Aasif Sheikh hit 20 runs, Captain Rohit Paudel hit 23 runs, Dipendra Singh Airee hit 17 runs, Aarif Sheikh hit 27 runs, Lokesh Bam 3 runs, Gulsan Jha 3 runs, Karan KC hit 18 runs, Sandeep Lamichhane hit 5 runs. Nepal put 123 runs in the score board in 19.3 overs.

Ben Manenti took 2 wickets, Ali Hasan took 1 wicket, JJ Smuts 1 wicket, Crishan Kalugamage took 3 wicket and Jaspreet Singh 1 wicket.

Karan KC bowled 2 overs, Dipendra Singh Airee 3.4, Lalit Rajbanshi 1, Sandeep Lamichhane 3 overs, Nandan Yadav 1 over and Kushal Bhurtel 2 overs.
