Tourists arrival by air increases in 6 months

Kathmandu / July 4: The arrival of foreign tourists to Nepal has increased in the first six months of the year. According to the Nepal Tourism Board, the arrival of foreign tourists has increased this year compared to the same period last year.
According to the NTB, a total of 577,689 foreign tourists entered Nepal from January to June 2025, while the number stands at 620,453 during the same period this year.
The NTB attributes the increase in foreign tourist arrivals by air due to the expansion of international flights to and from Kathmandu.
The statistics shared by the NTB sates that 92,573 tourists came to Nepal in January, 105,441 in February, 102,516 in March, 107,934 in April, 102,626 in May and 91,363 in June, 2026. RSS
