Police should be a clean and decent organization: Chief Khanal

Damauli / July 7: Inspector General of Nepal Police Sarvendra Khanal has opined that the police organization itself should be cleaned to control the crime in the society.

While laying the foundation stone for the construction of police post building at Tuhurepasal at Bhanu municipality-6 in the district today, the police chief Khanal said that the police should be decent, civilized and clever to maintain peace and harmony in the society. He also asked public support to lessen the crimes in the society.

The building is going to be constructed at a total cost of Rs 15.7 million. Meanwhile, chief Khanal had inaugurated a newly constructed police post building at Tharpu-4 of Myagde Rural Municipality. RSS
