Training on breast and uterine cancer concludes

Janakpur / July 4: The instances of breast and uterine cancers are increasing in the backdrop of a worrying trend seen among women folks to keep their illness a secret.

Many women tend to hide their diseases due to lack of proper awareness and education.

Driven with an aim to inform women on knowledge of breast and uterine cancer, a three-day training was held by Development Nepal in support of the Janakpur Sub Metropolitan City.

At the programme presided over by Development Nepal Chairman, Jagadish Sah, People Progress Chairman, Kamalesh Mandal, said it was better that we take preventive measures against the diseases and seek timely treatment if we are incur such diseases. A total of 30 women who took part were given certificates at the end of the training. RSS
