Case settlement encouraging-SC Karki

Kathmandu / July 26: Chief Justice Sushila Karki has said that the case settlement has been at satisfactory level even in the critical situation.

Chief Justice Karki said this on Tuesday while addressing the closing session of annual progress review of judiciary attended by justices of Supreme Court and appellate courts that began in the capital from Monday.

She expressed happiness over the existing performance of courts in settling cases during the unfavourable time.

Thanking subordinates for the effective implementation of the strategic plan of judiciary, she urged the justices and judges to bring effectiveness to the service delivery of the court and ensure easy access of people to the justice. RSS
