Five DIGs recommended for promotion to AIG

Kathmandu / March 10: The government has recommended five Deputy Inspectors General of Police (DIG) for promotion to Additional Inspectors General of Police (AIG). The promotion committee meeting held on Friday recommended the promotion. Basanta Bahadur Kunwar, Tek Prasad Rai, Deepak Thapa, Shyama Lal Gyawali and Kiran Bajracharya are among those recommended for the promotion.
